By applying for a commission from I (Aousia) the artist, you (the client) are agreeing to the following terms below:C L I E N T S
► agree to never use Aousia's artworks for anything related to AI art generators, NFTs and cryptocurrency► agree to only use your commission for personal use unless already paid for the commercial fees (x2 base price).► agree that you are allowed to repost/use your commissioned artwork(s) from me (the artist: Aousia) as long as you credit/link back to me (the artist: Aousia).► agree that any conversations only related to the commission will be documented as proof of transaction and reference for commission details.A O U S I A► am allowed to Decline or Refuse any commission request without reason.► reserve all rights to the artwork created for the commissioner.► allowed to use the artwork created for the commissioner as portfolio work and examples.► If I am unable to complete a commission at any time, you (the client) will be refunded the percentage % of work I've done so far. ► All commissions are paid UPFRONT before any work is to be done on the commission.Refunds are will be given back in contrast to the percentage of work I've completed on the commission.
For example, if refunded during the lineart stage, you will only recieve 50% of what was paid to me. (Sketch (25%) , Line art (25%) , Base colors (25%) )

► All clients get 5 LARGE revisions (revisions that disrupt the flow of work).Afterwards, the clients will be charged +$10-$25 USD per revision depending on how large the revision.D E A D L I N E S & D E L I V E R Y
► I do not do deadline orders. I have a tight schedule and can only take commissions at my own pace due to being a University Student.► Depending on type of commission, I may take up to 4-8 weeks (approx. 1-2 month) to complete a request.Personal / Streaming use
